Delta Eco Resort & Spa is a beautiful hotel set in a tranquil natural environment, but I found the service to be inconsistent. While the rooms are charming and the grounds are beautifully landscaped, my experience was marred by several unfortunate incidents, including a lack of maintenance and unresponsive staff.
